TS Govt to hire 300 engineers for Skyway Roads: KTR

Hyderabad, Sep 2: The Telangana Minister for IT and Municipal Administration KT Rama Rao has announced that they will hire 300 engineers for providing better road connectivity and infrastructure and to curb the traffic in twin cities.

The newly recruiting engineers will coordinate with the existing 480 GHMC engineers.

While speaking to media, KTR said that an estimated cost of Rs 20,000 crore will be spent for all these works in the twin cities which will turn the pearl city of Hyderabad into a global destination with world class roads and infrastructure.

Meanwhile, Minister KTR directed that Municipal Commissioner Janardhan Reddy to appoint 300 Engineers and get them training from National Academy of Construction (NAC) to complete the works of the roads in twin cities.

Skyways, double bedroom houses and Musi river front development works will be done on priority basis, the Minister added.
