GHMC granted proposal of RCC storm water box drain

Hyderabad, Sept 1: The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) officials have has approved the proposal of an RCC storm water box drain from Nagole to River Musi in LB Nagar at an estimated cost of Rs 580 crore.

The GHMC Standing Committee which met here on Thursday approved it and also the construction of a storm water drain from Malaysian Township to Hitec city ROB with Rs 9.90 crore.

It was decided to take up repairs works at Lalapet ROB investing over Rs 5.85 crore, besides development of NFC Junction with Rs 2.97 crore.

The committee members decided to submit revised plans for appointing SBI Capital as Advisory Services for generating over Rs 1000 crore through bonds for executing double bedroom, SRDP and other works in the city.
