TDP won the Kakinada Municipal elections

Kakinada, Sep 1: The Kakinada Municipal Corporation election results are revealed a while ago.
The Andhra Pradesh ruling party Telugu Desam Party (TDP) has won the elections by securing 35 divisions declared by state election commission.
The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), the alliance partner of TDP, is leading in at least three divisions. The Yuvajana Shramika Rythu Congress Party or YSRCP is ahead in 10 division of the Kakinada Municipal Corporation.
As per the available results, the TDP is set to emerge victorious in division 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 22, 25, 26, 28, 29, 31, 34, 35, 37 and 40. The BJP is leading in division 5, 36 and 41. The YSRCP is ahead in 4, 9, 15, 21, 23, 24, 32, 37 divisions.
