MS Dhoni to break records

New Delhi, August 31: Mahendra Singh Dhoni has achieved so many records in his career. Today MS Dhoni is set to become the sixth Indian to play 300 one-day internationals.

The former skipper is now the fourth highest leading run-scorer for India in ODIs.

In 299 ODIs so far, Dhoni has registered 9608 runs with 65 fifties and 10 hundreds. The right-hander has not just led India to a World Cup win in 2011 but also set several records during his ODI career.

On Thursday, Mahi could set two new records - one with the bat and the other with his gloves.

He registered 99 ODI stumps and equalled sri lankan former wicket keeper Kumara Sangakkara

Dhoni needs just one stumping to become the first wicketkeeper in ODI history to reach the three-figure mark .
