Tamilnadu Politics takes new Turn

Chennai Aug 30: The Tamilnadu Politics have once again took a new turn.The state Governor Ch. Vidyasagar Rao Today has informed the Opposition Parties that he wouldn't convene the Assembly for a floor test as demanded by them.

The opposition parties have requested the governor to convene Assembly so that a no confidence motion can be moved because the current government is in Minority after 19 AIADMK MLA have withdrawn their support for their government.

Earlier the two factions of AIADMK led by Cheif Minister E Palaniswamy and O panner Selvam have agreed to merge based on an agreement to remove TTV Dinakaran and Vk Sasikala from the party.

The Governor has expressed his inability and said that "he cannot treat 19 MLAs as 'rebels' because they continue to be AIADMK members.

The Governor has said that it is unfair for him to interfere in the politics on a party and he cannot resolve internal issues of a party and it is not his mandate.

However the Opposition party DMK leader Stalin has said that "Governor is playing politics because BJP wouldnt benefit from the elections if they were held within 6 months".

He has also said that"Government would collapse because the 19 MLA would vote against the government".

Finally, he said that all opposition parties would meet president tomorrow in Delhi to Intervene in this issue and dissolve the assembly.

However the Ruling party has expressed confidence and said that opposition parties are trying to risk the mandate but they would fail and we will prove our majority .
