Deepika Padukone remuneration for 'Padmavati'

Mumbai, Aug 29: There has been a matter of debate that, the heroes are rewarding more than the heroines in the film Industry. Some are in favor of this and others are accusing the partisan attitude towards heroines. But Deepika Padukone's 'Mastani' is exception from this.

Currently she is playing the title role in the movie 'Padmavathi' directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. Also, Shahid Kapoor and Ranvir are playing the lead roles in the movie. Coming to the remuneration part, it is 13 crores for Deepika and 10 crores for both the heroes, saying film nagar sources.

The director was ready to pay that much because, the actress has been playing the title role in the film. So, Ranvir and Shahid could not speak anything in this regard. The film is scheduled for release in December. But due to some reasons it is postponed to April 2018.
