Union Minister Dattatreya welcomes SC judgement

New Delhi, Aug 23: As we know that, there are many triple talaq cases appeared in SC and creates raging issues in the Country.

Now the Supreme court has banned triple talaq stated as verdict across the country here on Tuesday.

The Union Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Labour & Employment Bandaru Dattatreya today hailed and welcomed the verdict of the Constitutional Bench of Supreme Court on Triple Talaq as a victory of Muslim womanhood who have been condemned their legitimate rights and of reasonable living standards on account of bad practice of Triple Talaq all these days.

Now the religious heads and clerics should be intune with this judgment. It is sure that the Muslim brothers would also welcome this historical judgment, Mr. Dattatreya said in a statement here.

He stated that in the name of religious practices nobody's legitimate rights should be condemned and in this context, the political parties should also discard their silence and also said that everybody has to tune themselves to the demands of the day and need to welcome the judgment.

The Union Minister also congratulated the Muslim women who have approached up to Supreme Court in the cause of their legitimate rights.
