11 lakh houses gets GEO Tag in TS

Hyderabad, August 23: Municipal Administration Director Sridevi said that the detailed geographical table of 72 cities in Telangana state was prepared.

She said GEO Tagging was completed in 11 lakh homes with the help of Google Maps.From this aspect it easy to buy the lands in the state, she added.

She also said that, If anybody wants to buy the house, you will get clear details of the house if you enter the home number or property tax assessment number in the corporation or municipality by clicking on no property details on the CDMA website.

Director further said that we added these columns on a website that, Who is the owner of the house? Has the property tax paid? Are pending court cases on that house? Have others legal disputes?

In the registration process, steps were taken to submit two papers instead of the existing 14 documents in the registry process, the voter identification card or the PAN card and lease agreement would be granted on two weeks.

Apart from this, the Citizen Buddy Mobile App has been instrumental in bringing more closer to the urban population. This allows urban people to get all the services from urban local organizations. Complaints can be made if there is any problem. Property taxes are easy to handle. For this purpose, CDMA has signed with several private banks like ICICI and HDFC.
