JNTUH launched Anti-Addiction e-course for Engg students

Hyderabad, Aug 20: The Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University-Hyderabad (JNTUH) and Telangana Information Technology Association, 360 learnings are launched an anti-addiction e-course for engineering students here on Saturday.

Over one lakh students are expected to enroll for the audio-visual course. The course content has been sliced into episodes of four to six minutes. Each of the segments would deal with varied aspects of addition, said TITA office-bearers here on Saturday.

TITA president Sandeep Kumar Makthala said,"The course is free and will be first offered to students who are enrolled in 400 colleges affiliated to JNTU-H".

Chief Executive Officer of 360 learnings, Ajase Hussain said, "The module will also have its influence on young people who are struggling with addiction."
