JDU to join NDA

New Delhi Aug 19: A meeting took place today.
The Janata Dal-United JDU under the leadership of Nitish Kumar today has passed a resolution to join the National Democratic Alliance (NDA).

Recently the CM has broken down the ties with Maha Ghatbandhan of RJD and Congress and has joined hands with BJP to form the government.

The resolution was passed at a national executive committee meeting held at a president and chief minister Nitish Kumar's official residence.

Mean while a Parallel meeting was held with Sharad Yadav faction today because he has opposed the CMs decision of breaking ties.

Experts say that the party may be split and Yadav may float a separate party or join RJD.
