Nandyala Police nabbed 22 men for distributing money to voters

Kurnool, Aug 18: The Andhra Pradesh ruling party and the Opposition parties TDP and YSRCP have taken the Nandyala by-elections as a prestigious issue. The two parties are lining up and competing for the win in these elections.

Here the latest news is that the bulk of the money is being rolled out in the constituency.

The Leaders of both parties are accused each other of trying to buy voters with money.

In this background, Kurnool Police has detained 22 personnel who were paying money to the voters.

The Police have conducted inspections and 22 were caught distributing the cash to the voter in Gandhi Nagar and Iluru. Police had taken huge cash from them and rushed to the police station.



Police have identified 9 of Kadapa,6 from Pulivendula and the remaining from Nellore.

Police are inquiring them which party they belonged to. The issue seems to have been caused by the controversy between the leaders in the case of cash distribution.

On the other hand, The Local people have staged a fight with them while they are not equally distributing money and in some place, Rs 2000 were given per vote in an area.
