Trump Dissolves Advisory Councils

Washington Aug 18: An action has been taken.
USA President Donald Trump has disbanded the two White House business councils. He took this decision after few CEOS have quit the council recently.
The Cheif Executive Officers said that "they have quit the council because of the controversial remarks made by the president about the weekend violence in Charlottesville".
The following boards were dissolved
* The Strategic and Policy Forum
* The White House Manufacturing Jobs Initiative
President has tweeted about the decision: "Rather than putting pressure on the business people of the Manufacturing Council & Strategy & Policy Forum, I am ending both. Thank you all!".
Recently few more leaders have resigned the council. Currently, the councils advise the government on policy issues. Racists attacks took place in America last week and the president has made controversial remarks "both sides were responsible for violence".
