Kurnool SP launched 'Nandyal Bye Election 2017' mobile App

Kurnool, Aug 16: The Kurnool Superintendent of Police(SP) Gopinath Jatti has launched the 'Nandyal Bye Election 2017' mobile App here on Tuesday, which containing information about polling stations and their location with a facility to receive complaints with regard to the by-election.

The App can be downloaded from Google Play store and installed on Android phones. People can report incidents and upload photographs and videos, and they would be monitored from the control room at Nandyal, the SP said.

The App would also contain data about the code of conduct, flying squads, sectoral officers, video surveillance teams, polling party, shadow party, and check-posts, he said.

Each polling station would be monitored by body-worn cameras, CC and drone cameras, Mr. Gopinath said.
