Modi,Trump discuss Indo -pacific peace stability

New Delhi Aug 16: A conversation took place recently.
USA President has congratulated India on the occasion of Independence day yesterday. He has spoken to Indian PM via phone.

White House officials have said that "PM Narendra Modi and USA president Donald Trump have agreed to enhance peace and stability in the Indo-Pacific region by establishing a new two-by-two ministerial dialogue, which would elevate their strategic consultations".

The president has also welcomed the first-ever shipment of American crude oil to India .which will soon reach the country. Sources say that he has pledged to continue as a reliable and long-term supplier of energy to India.



Indian PM has urged the USA president Trump to visit the country for Indo-US Global Entrepreneurship Summit in India this November. However the Leader has assured that his Daughter Ivanka Trump would represent the country and he wouldn't make it up.

Finally, PM Modi has ended the conversation by thanking the US president for uniting the global countries against North Korea.
