Family of 2 killed when bike hits Borewell

Vishakapatnam, Aug 15: Here is a tragic incident has occurred while two of members of a family (mother and daughter) died when the motorbike clashed agricultural well beside the road near Pedagogada in Vizag on Monday.

While coming to details, The deceased have been identified as Kakara Ramalakshmi (26), housewife and her daughter Kakara Devi (6). However, Ramalakshmi’s husband Kakara Nooka Raju was rescued by locals.

According to the police, the incident took place when they were going from Arjunagiri to Chinagogada in the morning. Nooka Raju, rider of the bike, lost control over the bike allegedly due to over speeding and went off the road and plunged into the agricultural well.

Parents of Ramalakshmi alleged that Nooka Raju had faked the accident and had killed their daughter and granddaughter. Chidikada SI M Sirish Kumar said a case has been booked.
