Speaking to the media today, he said that the court had imposed a ban on the hookah service.

The courts said that hookah services were banned and that some hookah merchants were misleading the court orders. Mahender Reddy has ordered that anyone who operates this business is wrong and if any of the hookah services are served they have to inform local police stations.
