* 26 percent of Indian customers don't prefer talking to a human agent.
* 19 percent in Australia prefer mobile banking app.
* 21 percent in Britain prefer mobile banking app.
* 24 percent in the UAE prefer mobile banking app.
* Many people talk to the bank about fraudulent transactions, and credit card renewal.
