Jonty Rhodes praises Raina

New Delhi, August 10: Former South African cricketer Jonty Rhodes said during a program that it is wrong to compare Indian captain Virat Kohli with Sachin Tendulkar. He said that both are great in their own way, I do not trust the record. Both have played cricket in different rounds.

Asked about his favorite fielder in the Indian team from Rhodes, the best fielder of his time, he said, Yuvraj Singh and Mohammad Kaif were the best fielders of India. He said that Kohli is also good but according to me, Suresh Raina is the best fielder of the Indian team. Raina always tries to reach the ball. He reminds me of his cricket days.

Rhodes even went onto stress that Raina reminded him of a "much younger Jonty Rhodes".

"He goes for the ball, regardless of whether he thinks he can get it or not. He reminds me a lot of a much younger Jonty Rhodes," he added.
