Election Commission issued notices to YS Jagan

Vijayawada, Aug 06: As we know that YSR Congress party President YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has made controversial comments against Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu at Nandyal Public Meeting has caused an uproar in the state with TDP leaders demanding action against the remarks.

YS Jagan controversial remark is "there is nothing wrong if (Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister) N. Chandrababu Naidu is shot dead on the road".

In this regard, the Election Commission has responded with the Kurnool Collector issuing notices to YS Jagan over his comments on Chandrababu.



Taking Jagan's comments as suo moto, the Election Commission has ordered Kurnool district collector and Returning Officer to give a report of the entire incident.

Kurnool collector has issued notices to Jagan in this regard while the report will be submitted after getting reply from YS Jagan.
