Congress Leaders Protest in Chennai Against BJP

Chennai, August 06: We knew that Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi on Friday visited the flood affected villages in Jalore district of Rajasthan.

From this aspect, A Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) youth wing leader was arrested on Saturday in connection with the attack on Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi's car.

In this backdrop, Congress leaders and activists have burnt the Prime Minister Narendra Modi's effigy in Chennai. The program was addressed by Rahul Gandhi, who was attacked in Gujarat visit



At the same time, the images of BJP national president Amit Shah were also burned.

The police came to know about the information and arrested protesters. More than half an hour of traffic has been stalled due to this incident.
