Telangana decided to sell Rajiv Swagruha Plots

Hyderabad, Aug 04: The Telangana Minister for housing, justice, endowments Indrakaran Reddy has revealed here on Thursday that The plots constructed by Rajiv Swagruha corporation will be sold to the state govt employees from the end of last August.

While speaking to media, He said that the govt has planning to sell the Rajiv Swagruha flats with all facilities to the employees.



In the first phase, The 2245 plots in Bandlaguda and 1474 plots in Pocharam will be sold.They will fix the specific rates to each plot and all the sales details will be soon available on the websites.

After the Bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh, The Telangana quota has burdened of Rs.1069 crores with interest and govt has so far clear the Rs 820 crores debt. After the Finance Ministry approval, we will soon clear the bills. There is Rs 545 crores revenue will be coming from the sales of the plots, Ramanna said.
