Reliance about Jio Phones

New Delhi, July 28: A Clarification was issued.Reliance Jio has launched a 4G feature phone free of cost.The phone would be available from September upon pre booking which starts from August 24.

The company has said that customers can book mobile phones by paying Rs 1500 security deposit using the following official channels

* My JIO App in mobile phones

* Official website online

* Retail stores of Reliance.

However, some unofficial web portals and retail stores have said that they would also make sure that phone is available if they pay money in advance. However, Reliance has said that Company would not be responsible if customers lose their money when they order phones through unofficial means.
