RGV targets Excise Department

Hyderabad, July 27: The Controversial director Ram Gopal Varma has been responding in his own style on Drugs dealing with Tollywood.

RGV has blamed the government's dual attitude towards drugs scandal here on Thursday.

RGV asked the Govt that The Drugs should also be legalized like Cigarette, alcohol.

He said that the Cigarette and alcohol sales are only encouraging the government for income.In this aspect, he has questioned the government, why the government is looking at drugs are illegal. By legalizing Drugs, the government would get more revenue from them, he said.

He also questioned that,"The Govt knew that the Alcohol is not good for health, then why the excise department was promoting liquor sales and makes people as drinkers?"

He also criticized that, "The excise department is only destructing of the health of people.The Government, which has been working for the health of the people, but it has been accused of cheating people by encouraging alcohol sales', he added.
