V.V.S Laxman is a well known cricketer of the entire World and he is especially famous for Australian Cricketers for his unique record over Australia.

V.V.S Laxman (Vangipurapu Venkata Sai Laxman) was born on November 1st in 1974 at Hyderabad. He is also entitled as Stylish Batsman. Coming to his Parenthood, he was born to Shantaram & Sathyabhama couple. His schooling was done in Little Flower High School at Hyderabad and later achieved the seat in medicine.

Much passionate about cricket, he had chosen it for his life-time and left the medicine seat. In 2004, on 16th of feb he was married to Shailaja.

Laxman Test Debut was made on 20th of November, 1996 v/s South Africa and ODI debut was done on 9th of April 1998 v/s Zimbabwe. He played total 224 International matches for INDIA.

He scored 11119 runs in his International Career and his highest score of test cricket is 281 and ODI is 131.

He scored many of the centuries against Australia. Australian cricketers were always afraid of him, coz his agressive and stylish batting makes opponent to feel much coward.

In his entire International career, he scored 23 Hundreds and 66 fifties. In June 2011, he announced his test Cricket Retirement & finally in August 2012, he took his ODI Cricket Retirement.

He was also participated in Indian Premier League(IPL) for three seasons. Now he is doing commendatory role in International Cricket Council (ICC).
