TS-TET to stop the examination : HC

Hyderabad, July 22: A petition was filed in Hyderabad High court, which states that The Telangana State Teacher Eligibility Test (TS-TET) syllabus was against the rules of National Council for Teachers Education (NCTE).

There are 9 members are jointly filed the petition to the High Court at Hyderabad. Then, HC has issued the notice to Convenor of on a writ petition moved by G Sunitha of Kodad seeking a direction not to hold the examination as the syllabus was very tough and formulated in violation of the NCTE rules.

Justice M S Ramachandra Rao issued the notices on Friday, while hearing this petition and directed the respondents to file their counter affidavits within three weeks and adjourned the matter.
