5 States will be experiencing heavy rains

Lucknow, July 17: Flood wrecks continue in Odisha, Assam, UP, Rajasthan and many states of the country. There may be heavy rains within 4 to 5 days in the vicinity of Odisha.

The pressure from the coastal areas of Odisha will be seen in the northern and western states of the country. Thereby increasing the apprehension of floods.

According to the Meteorological Department, the warning of landslide has been issued in Gopalpur and Puri. In the next 24 hours, there is a possibility of heavy rains in southern Odisha, Chhattisgarh and Andhra coastal areas and Telangana.

Madhav Rajiv, secretary of the Earth Sciences Ministry, tweeted that there will be heavy rains in the central and north-western India in 8 to 10 days in the coming days.

A press release has warned that in the coming days, many rivers will be on the boom and it can increase the fear of floods.

North Eastern India is already facing the catastrophic flood. The flood in Assam so far has killed 70 people.

Over 17 lakh people were affected by this flood. Many villages in Bhagalpur are submerged in water.

Flood water has entered in Lakhimpur Khari of UP. Thousands of people are forced to leave the village and flee.

Here, heavy rain warning has been issued in Uttarakhand for the next 24 hours. There is a possibility of heavy rain in Chamoli, Dehradun and Pauri. Many areas have suffered heavy losses due to landslides.
