China is our enemy, not Pakistan: Mulayam

New Delhi, July 19: Samajwadi Party leader Mulayam Singh Yadav today termed China as India's biggest enemy, claiming that the neighboring country is plotting against India and has prepared for the attack on India.

He also alleged that the government was not listening to the matter and not taking any opinion on the steps to be taken.

The SP leader said that the biggest mistake of the then governments was to allow Chinese occupation of Tibet. Tibet's spiritual leader, Dalai Lama has lived in India completely and is still with India, but we could not protect them. He said that we still should support Tibet's independence.

Raising the issue during the Zero Hour in the Lok Sabha, Yadav said, "I have been cautioning for twenty years and every year I speak in this House that there is a great danger to India from China. China is making a conspiracy against India and has prepared for the attack on India.

"China is India's biggest opponent. What has the government done? In Kashmir, the Chinese army has allied with the Pakistani army," Mr. Yadav, known for his tough stance on China, said during the Zero Hour.

He also claimed that China had buried nuclear weapons in Pakistan to target India, adding that Indian intelligence agencies "would know better".
