Tata Motors Unveils Bio-CNG busses

Pune India, July 18: A new technology has been unveiled. Tata Motors has recently developed India's first Bio-CNG (bio-methane) bus. The bus was launched which at a bio-energy program 'Urja Utsav'.

Currently, the company manufacture country's largest commercial vehicles company has said that the bio-methane engines could be used in LCV, ICV and MCV buses. Tata has displayed the above 3 models at Shiv Chhatrapati Sports Complex in Pune.these buses are BS -IV and IOBD-II compliant bus.

Dharmendra Pradhan Minister of State (Independent) for Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas and Piyush Goyal MInister for Coal and Renewable Energy have attended the meeting.

Finally, the companies hope that these buses will contribute enormously to smart city and will also reduce pollution.
