Modi, Congratulates Venkaiah Naidu

New Delhi July 18: NDA has chosen M Venkaiah Naidu has its Vice presidential candidate. The Bharatiya Janata party Board headed by Amit Shah has taken this decision. Speaking about this decision Prime Minister Narendra Modi has congratulated Naidu and has shared his feelings by posting a series of tweets.

PM has said that "M Venkaiah Naidu is a fitting candidate for the office of Vice President " because he is a farmer's son who "brings years of experience in public life and is admired across the political spectrum".

Modi has also said that "he has always admired the hard work and tenacity of Naidu","the years of Parliamentary experience M. VenkaiahNaidu Garu has will help him discharge the important role of Rajya Sabha Chairperson."

He has also said that it would be a loss as we will lose a senior cabinet Member.

Earlier Amit Shah after Announcing his decision said that currently, he has more than 25 years of experience and he has held various positions of the party so he would be a right choice for Vice President.
