Petetion against PM Modi dismissed

New Delhi, July 17: A petition has been dismissed. A special court today has dismissed the plea for a CBI probe against Prime Minister Narendra Modi. A former defense ministry official has filed a petition against the PM for his alleged inaction of corruption in the Ministry. The court has rejected the plea by calling it not maintainable.
A judge has said that "there are no allegations against the Prime Minister of taking gratification or bribe or any valuable thing ".He has also said that we can't initiate any probe for not failing to take action.
The petitioner has filed the petition under the sections of the Prevention of Corruption Act .and he has said that PM has failed to take action over the corrupt activities that were taking place in Ministry of Defence when he has brought them into his notice.
