Venkaiah Naidu about Vice President

New Delhi, July 17: With the announcement of NDA's vice presidential nominee today, reports of Union Urban Development and Information Minister Venkiah Naidu are likely to be put in place by the BJP high command.

Many MPs congratulated Venkaiah Naidu in the Parliament House Central Hall and Rajya Sabha. Those who congratulate Venkaiah include Sharad Pawar, Anand Sharma and Sitaram Yechury.

However, Venkiah Naidu was keen to respond to their compliments. He has condemned reports and said that people are naming the future child before even the marriage has taken place.

Venkaiah Naidu was not interested in the post of Vice President, and the NDA was interested in what the candidate would announce as their candidate.
