Tech Mahindra: Mass recruitment in US

US, July 16: One of the leading company in the India is Tech Mahindra, it was decided to recruit 2,200 software professionals in the US this year.
Company's President Lakshmanan Chidambaram announced the news officially while speaking to reporters in New York. Even in 2016, This Indian IT Firm hired nearly 2,200 techies. Which indicates more hiring is being done in the US since the past couple of years.
Tech Mahindra has nearly 1.17 lakh employees globally. The US continues to be it's the biggest market and it has 16 development centers here.
US, Singapore, England, New Zealand and Australia preferred immigration reforms to address unemployment in their countries.
As a result, Indian Tech Firms began recruitment more locals in these nations for their operations. However, Reports of Mass Layoffs in the Indian IT Industry has been denied by the Companies. After a video of an employee being sacked by HR citing corporate decision went viral, Mahindra Group Chairman Anand Mahindra issued an apology.
