Hyderabad to host GES 2017

Hyderabad, July 16: A city will host another International event. The central government has decided Hyderabad as the venue for Global Entrepreneur Summit 2017 (GES). However, the dates are not yet finalized. Sources say that the event may be held in last week of November for 3 days. Last year the summit was organized in Silicon Valley of USA.

Experts say that last year Indian Prime Minister Modi has urged the USA president Barack Obama to consider hosting the event jointly by India and America and he has agreed to the proposal.

Earlier the center has considered various cities such as Hyderabad, Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc but keeping in view of the Infrastructure available, security issues and other factors government have opted Hyderabad as the best choice. Telangana Minister KTR has earlier requested the government to consider the Hyderabad as the venue for hosting the event and the proposal was accepted.

Sources say that USA president Donald Trumps daughter Ivanka is expected to attend the event and she may spend 2 days in Hyderabad City. Let's hope that GES 2017 will be a great success and many more investments flow into the country and Telangana state.
