Rajendra Prasad and Tanish about drugs case

Hyderabad, July 14: Senior former comedy hero Rajendra Prasad visited Tirupati on today. While speaking to the media, He responded to the notices issued by Excise Enforcement Department to Tollywood Personalities for alleged nexus with Drug dealers.

Rajendra Prasad said that "Yes, It's true that there are drug addicts in TFI (Telugu Film Industry). None of the Senior Actors have such addiction like the drug. Only a few of the Young Actors were getting addicted to drugs after failing to reach the good position they always wanted to be in. Actors must entertain the audience instead of getting addicted to drugs."

On the other hand, Child artist turned Hero Tanish clarified he hasn't received any notices in connection with the drug racket. "Neither I am using drugs nor received any notices so far. I request media not to spread speculations because it affects my family. I am ready to attend questioning if SIT (Special Investigation Team) asks me to do so...There is nothing wrong it that! But, Please verify facts before reporting anything," he said.

Excise Enforcement Department has issued notices to several Actors and Technicians of Tollywood. However, Officials has not been confirming the names in the list prepared by them.
