3500 porn sites blocked by government

New Delhi, July 14: A case hearing took place today. The Central Government has told the Supreme court about the steps taken to curb Child pornography today. Additional Solicitor General Pinky Anand has told the court that

* The government has blocked 3500 websites which were hosting child porn content in last month.

* The government has also issued orders issued orders to All CBSE schools in the country to install jammers so that such content is blocked.

* The government also said that it is not possible to install jammers in all school buses.

* The government has finally said that we will submit a status report very soon.

The government's response came when the court was hearing a petition relating to the steps taken bu central government for curbing child pornography.
