Telugu states are in top

New Delhi, July 12: As we know that, The Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi held a review meeting on 'Ease of doing Business meeting' with all state Chief Secretaries on Monday. The NITI Aayog CEO Amitabh Kant revealed that The Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Gujarat states are the three best-performing states in "ease of doing business".

On the other hand, Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Assam fare worst in the rankings, he told reporters here. Kant presented the rankings based on key development and social indicators across states and union territories during a national conference of Chief Secretaries.

Similarly, based on the availability of electricity in rural households, he said, the best-performing states are Andhra Pradesh, Goa, Kerala, Punjab and Tamil Nadu, which have achieved 100 per cent penetration.

Finally, He hoped that all states will perform next year.
