AP Govt appoints Chairmen for 8 Corporations

Vijayawada, July 10: The Andhra Pradesh government has decided to appoint the chairmen to eight corporations in the state here on Sunday.

The Govt has decided to appoint the Jr Pushparaj, a former minister of Guntur district as chairman of the newly established Food Security Commission.

The Muslim minority leader Nauman, who joined the newly-formed TDP in Nandyala constituency has declared as chairman of the Urdu Academy.

Anantapur district party leader Prakash Naidu was also appointed as the chairman of the meat poultry corporation.

The Two chairpersons were nominated for two sub-social groups in Dalits.The Wakf board has given to the MLA Jalil Khan.

In these appointments, Dalits and Muslims got two seats. Ambika Krishna, who has been sacrificing Eluru Assembly seat in the last election, is the chairman of the corporation for Cine Industry.
