Vishakapatnam, July 09: Here is the great news that a 86 year old woman got the pension after the prolonged battle of 30 years with the govt authorities. Despite the age of 86 years, the Chief Justice of the District was stunned by the elderly who fought for his right.

Coming to details, Paarvatheesham, who is a residence of Vishakapatnam has worked as the principal in Shipyard College, In 1982, he was removed from duty due to false accusations.

from this aspect, He approached the court. He retired at the time of the trial.In 1986 he has won the case.After that, he has gone to the govt offices for his pension, but no use. At last, he died in 2004.

In, 2006, The wife of Parvatheesham, Rajeshwari has approached the court again, for the old arrears and family pension.

She also won the case. However, the government did not get motion. She filed a case again in Visakhapatnam court for implementing the orders of the pension.

The matter was pending in a prolonged time, from this aspect Chief Justice PV Jyothirmai has been ordered the officials to enquire.

The chief judge of the district would examine the case and ordered the relevant officers to appear before the court. A full inquiry was made in a single day and Rajeshwari handed over Rs 1,98,800 check to the old woman at Lok Adalat on Saturday.
