Ivanka Trump occupies seat at G-20

Germany, July 9: A rare event has happened at G-20 Summit yesterday. USA president Donalds Trump's daughter Ivanka Trump has occupied her father's seat for a brief period of time yesterday at G-20 summit.She has occupied president's seat when his father has departed for some other event.

A video of her sitting next to Chinese President Xi Jinping, British Prime Minister Theresa May and German Chancellor Angela Merkel has gone viral in social media.

However, she has received criticism from netizens for occupying the space between global leaders. Netizens have posted that how come a woman who is not an elected representative has occupied the space between world leaders.

However, US officials have defended her move by saying that it is a common thing that any person can occupy president's chair if President is not available. Let's hope that USA officials make sure that such incidents don't happen so that reputation of the country is not damaged.
