Aadhar related issues to be solved

New Delhi, July 8: The Supreme Court has said that all Aadhar related issues will be resolved by the Constitutional bench. The bench, headed by Justice Jasti Chalameshwar, suggested that the Chief Justice of India(CJ) should form a constitutional bench to solve the problems.

Speaking to CJ Khehar here on Friday, AG KK Venu Gopal and senior lawyer Shyam Diwan for the petitioners said that, "We want to set up a constitutional bench,".

On June 27, the vacation bench refused to give an interim order on a notification issued by center Aadhaar is not mandatory for welfare schemes. The government has promised that Aadhaar will not be an obstacle for welfare schemes.
