Tirupati Rao Committee deadline Extended

Hyderabad, July 08: Still The Acharya Tirupati Rao Committee has been on the extension of the Guidelines for Private Schools Fees Control. Previously, The government has extended its deadline for submitting the report twice already.

Recently, Acharya Tirupathi Rao asked the government to extend the deadline of another on and half month. In this regard, the Special Secretary General of the Education Secretary will extend the deadline.

According to Tirupati Rao, the private schools will have to look into the details of revenue and expenditure details in 2015 and 16 academic years as well as the details of the fees fixed in 2017.

Parents' unions are worried about the delay in the state while GO's are being exempted from feasibility control in other states. The unions claim that the state government is deliberately delaying.

Committee Chairman Tirupati Rao asked the school education department to issue details of the income, expenses, and fees of the respective schools. The schools should provide revenue and expenditure details to the CEOs by September each year.
