ED Court issued summons to YS Jagan

Vijayawada, July 7: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has issued summons to YSRCP president YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, Bharathi Cements chief Srinivasan, former IAS officer Samuel, MP Vijay Sai Reddy, and others who accused in disproportionate assets case here on Thursday.

The CBI special court accepted the petition filed by ED over the investments made by Bharathi Cements in Jagan companies for giving land on lease in Kadapa and allocation of Krishna water by YSR government. In return, The Bharathi Cements was paid Rs.140 crores bribe in the form of investments in Jagan companies.

The Court stated that the accused all are to appear the court on August 4th.The ED court already seized the assets worth of Rs. 232.28 Crores on February 25, 2015.The ED had also asked for the order to take possession of the assets.
