Film Industry in Amravati

Amaravati, July 06: In order to develop the film industry in the capital of Andhra Pradesh, the government decided to set up a training company.

Amravati-based Institute of Film institutes will be temporarily hosted at the Acharya Nagarjuna University campus.What courses should be performed? Government officials and film personalities were appointed by the committee on how to shape the organization.

In this regard, the ex officio secretary of the Information Department, S Venkateswar, issued the order on Wednesday. The committee is headed by the Chairman of the Film Development Authority

From Film industry, C.Kalyan, KL Damodar Rao, K Raghavendra Rao, A. Ramesh Prasad, D.Suresh Babu, Paruchuri Venkateshwara Rao have been elected as members.

Amaravati Film Institute will be set up in a similar fashion to the Film Institute, Chennai, Film industry is expected to run jointly.
