Ram Charan is not doing Mani Ratnam's film?

Hyderabad July 04: Ram Charan Tej is one actor who is looking to change his image and also carry forward the legacy of his father, Megastar Chiranjeevi. The actor till now, starred more in action entertainers and did not try many soft subjects, post the debacle of his Orange.

To change that, Ram Charan planned movies with Sukumar and Mani Ratnam. Both of them are said to be soft romantic love stories in the director's signature style. Many fans have been advising Ram Charan to drop Mani Ratnam movie as Sukumar's movie, Rangasthalam 1985 is already an experiment. They kept asking the actor to go for a mass movie or with a star director for his next after Rangasthalam.

It seems like the actor is considering their advice seriously now. Till past few days, most of his close circle have said that Ram Charan is waiting to shoot with Mani Ratnam and the film is going to go on floors. But now they are hinting that the movie could be dropped as Ram Charan is still undecided about his next.

While other actors like Mahesh, Jr. NTR have increased their speed and coming up with different stories, Ram Charan seems to consider to come up with a big project after his next to satisfy his fans before continuing to experiment. Ram Charan has been claiming that Sukumar's film is mostly commercial movie in his own style and fans need not worry as if it is an experiment. Well, we are also waiting to hear directly from the horse's mouth as many fans.
