India Sucessfully test fires QRSAM

New Delhi July 4: A good news from Indian Defence.
India has successfully test fired Quick Reaction Surface to Air Missile (QR-SAM) yesterday. The Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) Scientists have conducted the test.

Defence Minister has congratulated the scientists and also said that the successful launch of the missile has improved the defense capabilities of India. He also added that the induction of the QR-SAM into the armed forces will greatly boost the capabilities of the unit.

Currently, army’s air defense corps are responsible for providing air defense for important installations for safeguarding the airspace of the country.

Indian Army has suffered in last decade due to non-development of new missiles and currently, missiles used have an obsolete state.Finally, the DRDO has developed this new missile so that it can strike a target range of 20 to 30 Kms. Let's hope that Indian defense organizations develop many more missiles and improve the country's security.
