Amaravti Metro Project to get the loan from SBI

Andhra Pradesh: Amaravati, June 25: The country based bank State Bank of India(SBI) has come up to give the loan of Rs 500 crore for the Andhra Pradesh's new Capital Amravati Metro project.

In this aspect, The state Bank of India Executive Director Sankaranarayana along with a team has met the of Metro project MD Ramakrishna Reddy and agreed to the proposal.

The state government has approved Rs 1,800 crores for the Amravati Project, but the project requires Rs.7000 crores.As pert of state government contribution, The Govt has told to take the loan.

The Metro officials have contacted different banks and finally, State Bank of India officials initially agreed to give the Rs.500 crores.
