Baby boy born with 4 legs

Kakinada, June 24: Here shocking and rare news has unveiled in Kakinada, while a baby boy with four legs was born at a government hospital at Kakinada near Rajamahendravaram here on Friday.

While coming to details, a 25 yrs old woman named as Mani, who belonged to Tapaswaram village of Mandapeta Mandal in the East Godavari district. She was admitted to hospital for delivery on Friday.

In the afternoon she delivered a baby boy with four legs which were attached to the stomach. "It is a peculiar and rare delivery with such cases happening in 10 lakh deliveries," said child specialist Manikayamba at the hospital.

The boy and mother both are safe, the doctor said. "The boy is safe and is being treated under special care in NICU," the doctor added. The birth of the baby boy saw a huge crowd gathering at the hospital premises.
