New Delhi, June 24: A former coach has given some suggestions.Indian former Team Coach Anil Kumble has advised the BCCI in restructuring the cricket body. Some of his suggestions are
* Chief coach salary should be 60 percent of the revenue earned by a captain.
* 20 percent of the player's Contract earnings must be linked to their fitness standards.
* He also proposed a hike in salary of the support staff.
* Sanjay Bangar's salary must be increased to Rs 2.25 crore from RS 1 crore
* R Sridhar salary should be hiked to Rs 1.75 crore instead of the current Rs 1 crore.
* Coaches must not be given contracts in IPL season so that they can earn from matches.
Finally, BCCI said that we have studied report and we will soon take a decision whether to accept his suggestions or not.
