Chandrababu made controversial Comments

Andhra Pradesh: Nandyala, June 23: The Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has delivered controversial comments in party meeting of Nandyala here on Thursday.

He wants all in his state to follow the rules laid out by him or give up the facilities of the state government. Triggering a controversy, Chandrababu Naidu asked people to not to use the roads built by his ministers and abandon the pensions if they don't vote for Telugu Desam Party (TDP).

Infuriated Naidu, while addressing a party meeting in Nandyal, reportedly said, "People do not want to vote for me but want to use the roads constructed by my administration or accept pensions given by my government." This, as per the Andhra Pradesh CM, isn't justified by any means.



As per the reports, Chandrababu Naidu asked his ministers to demand votes bluntly as his government is doing a lot for the welfare of people."The villages that do not vote for us should be left to ignore," the chief minister told his party men. Naidu asked them to ask people straight away that why were they stepping back even after getting so many benefits.

"We have increased the pensions of old pension apart from taking care of the farmers. Also, we took take of the disabled and weaker sections of the society by implementing several schemes," said irked TDP chief.

Naidu, who became the youngest minister of the state at 28, stated that even he could distribute money but for that, I would have to dip my hands in corruption, unlike the other parties who take the easy way for gathering votes.

"Some political parties are luring voters by distributing money, which they had earned through corrupt means. I, too, have the capacity to pay Rs 2,000 or even Rs 5,000 per vote to the people," Naidu said.

"For that, I have to indulge in corrupt practices and loot 100 times more from the people. But I will not indulge in such corrupt politics," he added.
