Brahmin leaders staged a protest over dismiss IYR Krishna Rao

Guntur, June 22: Some of the Brahmin leaders of Andhra Pradesh Brahmin Welfare Corporation have staged a protest at flyover bridge at Brodipet in the Guntur city on Wednesday for removing IYR Krishna Rao as AP Brahmin Welfare Corporation chairman.

While addressing at a meeting, the association state president Muttanapalli Siva Krishna Prasad said that IYR Krishna Rao was sacked without asking an explanation.

He said TDP had failed to give single MLA ticket to Brahmins in the recently held MLA elections. He questioned why other parties giving MLA tickets to Brahmins.

Andhra Pradesh Brahmin Samkshema Samakhya leaders K.Maruti, S.Srinivas, Kota Subramanyam were among those participated.
